professor_yaffle1
Hi folks, Bit of a stupid question, since it should be simple, but I've tried pushing in the button in the centre of the strap (between the lugs, on the wrist side), but it's either a fake button, or not working, and the strap won't come off. I've applied light pressure (don't want to scratch anything) to the ends of the springbars/pins that can be seen on the outside of the lugs, but these don't appear to want to move either. If anyone here knows the secret, I'd love to know.........although it'll probably make me feel like a fool cheers, prof
pafre
You have to push the button and push the pin at the same time. The button works as a lock for the pin. On my Cousteau, the pin was very hard to push and I even broke one of my tools I got with my Ingenieur. Be careful on the button, they are easily dismantled, but if that happens, you will still be able to reinstall your pin afterward.
