Missed that last line in green "This is an aftermarket item." I just kept seeing Genuine and OEM, but the "Top Quality" wording seemed and odd description for something that is genuine. I guess it was just getting late last night when I posted the question, but for some reason that green writing was invisible for me.

everything for panerai on ebay "claims" to be genuine.. genuine rep... ... do yourself a favour and get the spring bar screws from one of the collectors or shop on ebay for them.. they look good, don't need tubes and won't screw with the thread.. (pun intended)
