Swiss SFSO Repair Required In UK

When attempting to adjust my Swiss ETA SFSO the crown and complete stem(??) has become detached from the watch.

Can anyone confirm if this is a simple fix, is it something any high street watch repairer could handle or does it require specialist attention? Obviously I would go nowhere near the AD's.

Watch still appears to run ok however turning the crown no longer will adjust the hours, minute or date.

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like it is just a keylets works or the retainer that is the problem, should not be a problem for most watchsmiths
