I think he sent it to me by accident, and has been very vigorous in getting me the satisfaction I expect. He has turned me around from being upset back into a happy customer, and I appreciate it. Please let this thread go away, or close it, there is no need for it to stay open any longer, and thank you to all who have helped me in this issue.
