7750: crown want fully out when trying to adjust time

hi,

i was setting the time on my bentley GT racing, pulled out the crown, havnt seen it was not fully out, and tried to set the time

one of the big hands moved a little, and then nothing was moving, tried a 1/4 turn with the crown nothing moving, then pulled it a little more out.. and found it the crown was not fully out when i tried to turn it a second before, after pulling a little more out if was fully out and i could adjust the time with no problems, clicked the crown back and everything looks fine,

what i wonder,

did i harm the movement when trying to turn the crown for setting the time while the crown was not fully out? (it was a 3/4 turn i believe)

hope The Zigmeister could give me a final answer :)

also, i would like to know, what other things can harm the a7750 with secs @ 9 other then setting the date between 10 to 2 ?

thanks for any information!

last night at 10:00pm position it was wounded and rolling, and i found it this morning at 6:00am position and the date didnt change from yesterday!

is that possible? it was 4th, tue yesterday.. and this morning it stayed like this..

how does the date mechanism on a 7750 works?
