Unitas/Asian 6497 Hand Size?

Does anyone know the size of these? Want to know if I can use the 6497 hands on an A7750.

6497 hand size:

1.15mm - minute

2.00mm - hour

7750 hand size:

1.20mm - minute

2.00mm - hour

I have read that the 6497 minute hand may fit, although they require the use of a broacher.

I THINK that the second hand from the 6497 will fit a ETA 7750 & 21,000 A7750, but is too small for the Asian 7750 28,800.
