AlexLeGrande Posted June 20, 2006 Report Share Posted June 20, 2006 My Navitimer arrived with the running seconds hand off of its dial and loose in the case. The chrono hand locked at 55 seconds, and neither of the other dials moved. I emailed Andrew and he told me to send the watch back and it would be replaced. I mailed the watch 6/9/06. The watch arrived yesterday, 6/19/06. It works perfectly. All hands are attached, the chrono hand continues to move around the dial as do the second, minute and hour hands. The watch arrived with the chrono running. I have reset the chrono twice, and twice all hands have returned returned to the 12 o’clock markers. Thank you Andrew for making this purchase right.
