PVD Panerai, who sells the best one?

Looking to buy a pvd pam, would really like a sterile one I think, but need to know who sells the best one. I'm guessing Davidsen is the man?

If DSN is the PVD 'man', which of his PVD watches stands out in terms of accuracy? I suppose I am most interested in dial accuracy, as I am aware of his crown/CG/case quirks.
