Need some help with a little DIY (do it your self)

A about a month ago i lost the pearl from my Sub, I bought some watches from my regular and he gave me a coupe of bezels free of charge... I think I will go for the green anniversary bezel for a change. But how the hell do I go around taking the old on off and putting the new one back?

You need to pop off the bezel and take out the insert. Glue the new one in.
