What do you make of this "Swiss" Unitas 6497 w/swan neck on the bay?

He wants over $600 for this. What do you experts think? Is this legit? I don't think so.

As swiss as I am...

The base plate is ETA, the gear and balance wheel are 18000 bph, the swan neck... well, have you seen the thread of the regulation screw? something must have gone awfully wrong with that. The only swiss company that does this OP XI movement is Soprod, they build it exclisively for Panerai, with 21600 bph! Something that looks like this one would never be assembled there, the parts would find their way directly into that tin can under the workbench. The CDG decoration is pretty rough, the regulation lever is not dagger shaped, no blued screws even!

So this is definitelly an older Swiss-Asian bastard movement, not worth much more more than 80 $.
