Kiterpete
Could anyone tell me which movement this is? Appreciate any help.
peepshow
Seagull ST-19 manual-wind chrono (based from one of the Lemania manual-wind chrono movements, the 5100 maybe?). Used in a lot of Speedmaster reps, the old-school PAM212 reps, and others. Reportedly it is a VERY solid movement. peepshow
LOL Why does their "Prestige" section look like a bunch of reps?
iflylow78
where can you get the movement by itself
Kiterpete
At that price I'm thinking - buy the watch, junk the case, keep the movement, strap, buckle. where can you get the movement by itself
peepshow
That's a $50 movement, if even. I'm not much into the Chinese watch seen (gen), but I know this movement is used A LOT in Chinese made chronos. Perhaps hit up the Chinese watch forum at WatchUSeek.com and see what they have to say? If you buy the watch just for the movement and strap, you're WAY overpaying, IMO.
vric
Reliable movement, but apparently it's impossible to find parts for it.
