i ordered a watch from Ruby; she sent it via EMS however after i saw Coventry UK i saw again China; what is happening?

At a guess I'd say that the package was addressed incorrectly and has been returned to sender.

I'd notify Ruby and ask her to resolve if I were you.

I'd agree. Looking at the timings, if it was simply an error and it was at Coventry all along you would have recieved it by now.

I feel your pain - you'll get the watch eventually, but I know how frustrating it is when you hanging on every delivery from the postman.

Lsometimes tracking through parcelforce gives more insight, and you can call them (number is on the website) give the ems tracking and they will tell you the story.
