They claim gen swiss ETA movements.

Some look like POs other like PO and Rlex together.

I don't see why they wouldn't have genuine 2836-2 movements? What I also don't see is how you could spend over 400 euros on a submariner knock off, when you can get a full-fledged submariner replica here for $100 ... !

If you can find me a rep with gen swiss eta at 100 $ ... I will buy it right now.

... well , I guess you have a point though. Toomuch for something that looks like a PO or sub.
