swapping SEL on noobmariner?

hi all.. is there anyway on swapping SEL's on noob bracelet to another submariner bracelet? because i have a really good quality bracelet (does have a better gen feel quality).. however it wouldn't fit into the noobmariner so i was thinking maybe swapping the SEL of the noob to this bracelet.. but i can't find a way on how to do this.. anyone know how to? thanks
