Watch warranty?

OK, so I have a question. I have a Graham Chrononfighter that is about 3 months old and just stopped running. Should I contact the seller (collector) about it or should I just accept the fact that this is part of the rep world and get it seviced locally? I pretty sure I know the answer, but what do you guys think?

I doubt you will get any satisfaction from the dealer after 3 months, but it couldn't hurt to try. I say give it a go. Let us know how things turn out. Good luck.

If the dealer was Ruby ?

She gives a 180 day warranty on her website.

I would ask, but wouldn't be mad if he offer nothing.

For me, about a month is acceptable.. after that, well it's bad luck and I will fix it in my end.

I have had Josh fix problems for me even 2-3 months after I bought the watch from him.

Hope your dealer comes thru.

A big thumbs up for Joshua! After a couple E-mails back and forth explaining the problem, he asked me to send the watch back for repair. A dealer who stands behind his product even after a few months of ownership deserves all my future business!
