  1. Has no-one stepped up and bought this watch yet? I want to see some pics! I am between this Graham and a Seawolf. Andreas
  2. Someone get this bad boy and post a review! I have been waiting for that watch to be released!
  3. So what is the difference between V1 and V2? I am seeing some price differences between the dealers, one has the V2 for $268 and one has the V2 for $298. I want to make sure the one for $268 truely is the V2, but I don't know what to look for. Thanks for the help! Andreas

  5. Thanks Samurai, that's EXACTLY what I was looking for! Those straps look awsome on your Graham's! Andreas
  6. Hey Everyone, I'm looking to get a brown leather strap for my Chronofighter. Does nyone have some pics to share? Any suggestion on where to get a strap? I think the Chronofighter is funky because teh strap goes from 24mm down to 20mm at the buckle. Any help would be appreciated! Andreas
  7. I was looking at KT-22 from ofrei. Any other suggestions? And for a noob when it comes to taking the rotor off any suggestions?
  8. Mahler, Any specific silicon grease? I don't want to mess up this beautiful timepiece!
  9. Does anyone else have an issue with a noisy rotor on their Chopard Mile Miglia GTXXL Chrono Limited Ed SS Grey? I know this was an issue on some of the less expensive Mile Miglia GMT's but has anyone else had this issue? This is one of my favorite and most accurate reps, but feels cheap when I hear the rotor spinning. I would love to have The Zigmeister service it, but I'm not on "the list" so I don't know who to send it to. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Andreas
  10. I agree with PAMman the Speedy Pro is the way to go! The watch is a classic, just the right size with a rich history and fits well in your budget. I'm am wearing mine right now on a Black Hirsh Rally Strap, but it looks equally good on the bracelet. I bought mine on TZ two years ago @ 50% of retail and it was in perfect condition. This is definetly a watch you can hand down to your son and will not lose value. I was planning on giving this one to my son (4 years old) upon graduation from High School, but now we have a second son (maybe he'll get my gen Planet Ocean). Andreas
  11. Mine ran fine for about 4 months and then the whole watch died. It would run for exaclty one minute and then stop again. I sent is back to the dealer about 2 weeks ago and he has agreed to fix it. Andreas
  12. bnb5550, Sound like we are on the same page as far as watch selection. I am also currently on the hunt for a 177 and trying to decide between Josh's and DSN's. BTW the watch you are showing from Josh for $418 is no longer available from him. Andreas
  13. I e-mailed DSN for a price on his 177H and got this: Pam 177h -an Up Grade Version, WITH NEW FONT DIAL AND SWSS MOVT us$ 460.00/pc shipped. If I get the one from Josh for $248 I still need to: upgrade the CG $80 from T Upgrade the crystal to Saphire: $75 Lume : ? In the end isn't it easier to buy from DSN? I guess I want to know or see pictures, are there any issues with DSN's dials or anything else that you guys would recommend not buying one from him? Your help is appreciated! Andreas
  14. A big thumbs up for Joshua! After a couple E-mails back and forth explaining the problem, he asked me to send the watch back for repair. A dealer who stands behind his product even after a few months of ownership deserves all my future business! Andreas
  15. I would be very interested in hearing about this model as well. I am looking for a 177 and have been looking at these from Josh: PN17702 Pam 177 Titanium Swiss Unitas 6497 Swan Neck PN17704 Pam 177 H Series Titanium Marina Asian Unitas 6497 Swan Any comments? Regards, Andreas
  16. It is from Joshua. I have E-mailed him so I'll see what he says. I'll keep you posted. Andreas
  17. Jamz, I thought I read that DSN's dial were not the most accurate, is this correct? Bluerex, that is the same watch I was looking at, how is the CG? I was thinking I may just buy one of Tourby's new Titanium CG's when they are released. I would really like to find a closed back Ti PAM so i don't have to deal with the movement issues. Any Suggestions? Andreas
  18. OK, so I have a question. I have a Graham Chrononfighter that is about 3 months old and just stopped running. Should I contact the seller (collector) about it or should I just accept the fact that this is part of the rep world and get it seviced locally? I pretty sure I know the answer, but what do you guys think? Andreas
  19. Alright, so I have the bug to get a Titanium PAM and have been researching to find who has the best one available. I don't mind doing some modding, but I want to have a good base to start with. I was looking at this one Josh's PAM 177 and looking at some on Davidson's work, but the work seems to hit or miss. Is there a closed back 44mm Titanium PAM available? Please help out a Noob and get me pointed in the right direction! Thanks in advance for your help! Andreas
  20. Hey Everyone, I have been enjoying this board for almost a year now and have learned a tremendous amount! This board has also cost me alot of $ as I have bought over 10 reps based on the reviews provided by the members here! I am having my first problems with any off my purchases (Graham Chronofighter) and I want to send it to The Zigmeister for servicing. The problem is (as I'm sure you know) he's not accepting any new clients without on of his current clients "recommending" them. My question is can any of his current clients help me out and "recommend" me? I know you don't know me from Adam, but I promise not to skip an appointment and make you look bad. I am only looking to get my watch serviced by a tusted source. Thanks in advance for you help! Regards, Andreas
  21. I agree! I had a Gen 111 that I bought used on TZ for $3K. After about 3 months of ownership, I looked at it and though, "This isn't a 3K watch" and sold it the next day. This was long before I knew about reps etc. and now have a rep 111 and 183. I have the look I like without the cost, isn't that why we all buy reps anyways? Andreas
  22. Moppel, I have an Omega AD that I buy all my gens from that gives me 30% off with no sales tax as he is out of state. PM me and I can give you his contact info. Regards, Andreas
  23. Hello Everyone, Well I finally received my Chronofighter yeasterday and as everyone else has stated this watch is amazing! I wanted to play around with different strap options, but I have a question. I know the straps are 24mm but they taper down to 20mm at the buckle and all my PAM straps are 24mm down to 22mm. I really want to use the Graham buckle (it's nice and solid) does anyone know of any straps that are 24mm down to 20mm? Thanks for your help! Regards, Andreas
