This is just on to normal stainless, but for greater resistance to scratches under load it is always a good idea to nitride harden parts first. I can offer bead blasting, nitriding and then PVD coating for a very tough finish. Problem is I would need to work in reasonable volumes to keep the price under control. I did want to purchase a job lot of panny cases that I could treat to demonstrate what is possible, but can't find a supplier Ps: Can also do proper 'hard chrome' that is very resilient and looks amazing. I am trying to get hold of some panny cases I can do to show people, but no luck sourcing any yet. If someone can hook me up with some for a reasonable price I can proceed.
