If I am seeing the picture correctly there are no rings around the hour markers (difficult to do and only aware of two folks that have done that) and I have never seen that particular case back number and this is not one that ever had unique serial numbers. You do always have to wonder about the hour hand set at "7" If you really are considering buying it and the price rises significantly than ask for a bigger picture of the dial.
