oddjob Posted August 15, 2008 Report Share Posted August 15, 2008 Hi, I am new to the world of reps. Awaiting delivery of first purchase (Sub of course). I adore the elegant simplicity of the IWC Mark XV/XVI, and would dearly love to wear one. The postings on this site and others suggest that the Mark XV reps are not of good quality. I have no idea about what makes this particular watch either a"good" or "poor" rep, and so I appeal for advice. Are there any good reps of the Mark XV, or is it a "lost cause"? I do like the one you showed, but prefer the "sword hands". Basically, what I would like to know from those knowledgeable in this area, whether the reps are any good, or just plain lousy? If the experts in this forum say that a "good rep" is available, then I might go for it, but right now, I just don't know. Make sense?
