Where can I find a 6498-1 with power reserve indicator?

I came across this watch today and realized its the first time I've seen a 6498-1 powered watch with a power reserve indicator. Does anybody know where I can source a 6498 with power reserve indicator, or how difficult is it for a watchsmith to modify an existing 6498 to add the indicator? I've got a project watch in mind and I'd love to incorporate this feature.

It's a Soprod power-reserve module.

Have a google for soprod+6498 and you'll see a few watches use it.
