Most of the tourist markets are just dealing low grade. Apparently there are a few stalls on the top level of silk market selling higher grade watches, but expect price higher than the forum collectors. There is a guy called Jason in the ground floor of the pearl market who sometimes has decent stuff in a nearby office building. Again prices are higher but you get to do the QC yourself.
