Ideal Watches selling GENs?

Just browsing ebay and came accross many adds from Ideal Watches. They even have an ebay store. Is this a different Ideal Watches than the one known for scamming people with junky REPs?

The Ebay Ideal Watches is selling high end genuines, been on Ebay since 2001 and has a 100% feedback.

You missed the 2008 update: Italian made case (takes a full year to complete and finish), Swiss movements serviced by genuine Swiss trained Rolex technicians, 77 1/2 jewels and a pink cotton purse. There are so many A's in the grade that it'd be impossible to fit them all on one page.

I figured it was a different company. That would now lead me to believe that the scamming Ideal Watches is trying to capitalize on the good name of the true Ideal Watches.
