perry563 Posted September 27, 2008 Report Posted September 27, 2008 I have a swiss CHS ceramic GMT that does not work correctly. Is there a way to convert this watch to a new Sub? Are the parts available? I already have a Swiss 2836 movement that I took out of another watch that I could insert into this case.
fauxlex Posted September 27, 2008 Report Posted September 27, 2008 Sure. If you're making a 2008, the cases are the same. Joshua sells one out of the box converted from a ceramic GMT to a Sub with an Asian 2836. [Link]
perry563 Posted September 27, 2008 Author Report Posted September 27, 2008 I am aware of the 2008 sub that is being offered. However the question is.....where do I get parts? I would need....dial, hands, insert...I would think also the sub bezel assembly since the GMT bezel does not have the 120 clicks of the sub.
