vikkyrob Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 I have emailed some of the best dealers on this site (PT and Eurotimez; my opinion only) and none of them can get consistently good pearls for the Blackbird. Does anyone have good pictures of watches they have bought straight from dealers or have modded themselves (I know fxrandy has managed a brilliant mod). I am desperate to buy a BB but I cannot tolerate the shocking pearl (some may think I am a little picky) which ruins an almost perfect "Off the shelve, no mod needed watch". Thanks for your help. Bright Ling Posted October 4, 2008 Report Share Posted October 4, 2008 No pics yet, but I just received my Blackbird from Ruby yesterday. As far as I can tell it's perfect. The pearl is properly aligned and the tabs fit properly. The only flaw I can see is the wide space between the date digits (they all have this). Ruby sends you photos of the actual watch for your inspection before shipping. I wasn't happy with the first Blackbird photos she sent; she got another one that was perfect (the one I now own).
