45mm Po 20mm Strap Size

1 mm is a lot when you're talking about the depth of those lugholes. Unless you're planning on drilling those out from the inside of the lug (read: hard to do), you will probably compromise how securely the springbar holds the strap to the watch.

Seems to me it would be easier to do it with a belt sander than a dremel. First and foremost you need the right tool for the job! Also agree the lug holes could prove to be problem. Also consider that the case slopes downward at the bracelet, so removing and widening this area will make the case height higher at the bracelet.
