Newbie needs help

Hi

I want to buy a Corum Admiral Cup watch. Trying to finalize between these 2 models. Both are listed as made 1:1 from gen on Josh's website.

I would prefer the SS version, to avoid any issues with gold plating, but the flag colors seem very off compared to gen on SS version (gen picture below).

Also, the date on RG watch is at 6 position. Does that create a problem on A7753.

Guys - Will appreciate your feedback as to whether the RG version or SS version is closer to gen and should be preferred.

Good choice btw. I am not a fan of the gold plated watches because you never really know how good it is. With the stainless steel, you never have to worry.

Date position rarely causes a problem, it's the location of the subdials, esp the running seconds dial, that causes problems.

Also, the gen image is retouched (probably in Photoshop), the rep is a regular photo.

You wouldn't expect the colors to match even if it was the same watch.

Colours in Josh's photos are never that reliable anyhow...
