  1. The mall watch kiosk is a very useful place for all bracelet related issues. I had a similar problem with my rep Breitling, and took it to the mall watch kiosk. The guy put in a spare pin, which fitted, and did not even charge me anything! I was in and out in 5 minutes.
  2. Wonderful pictures, Gioarmani. Thanks for sharing.
  3. Very nice. Thanks for sharing.
  4. There are some very nice ladies watches by Cartier, Gucci, LV, Burberry and Chanel. You could go to Josh's website and lookup these brand sections. I am sure she will love some of these watches. All the best.
  5. I have bought 4-5 watches with A 7750 movement. Plan to get couple more. I am planning to get the movements serviced within the first 3-6 months, as recommended by The Zigmeister. I feel scared and uneasy when I set the day/date/time, since I can literally feel some resistance and wobbliness when doing this. Hence, I am am keen to pick up a watch winder which would give me option of 650-1200 TBDs with a switch to control the direction of each winder head. Having said that, I would imagine that if the watches are on the winder, there would be more wear and tear on the movement, since it is now running all the time, though it would help reduce the risk of possible damage through setting time/day/date again and again. Will appreciate your advice on what is the better option-putting the wtaches on winder or risking damage through time/date setting. My preference is to put them on a winder, if wear and tear is not too much of an issue. Will appreciate advice from movement experts. Thanks in advance.
  6. Between DSN and Vacuum's 111H, which is the better one. I assume lume on Vacuum's watch would be better, but what about case, dial, CG, CG pin fix etc.
  7. Most comfortable: Rolex sub/YM Least comfortable: Chopard MM chrono & HBB, due to their size/deployment buckles
  8. I am new to the forum and have picked up 4 watches over the last 3 months-mostly Asian 7753/7750 based and 1 Swiss ETA powered Sub. 3 of my watches are running +15 to + 30 seconds per day and one is running -45 to -50 seconds per day. None of them have been serviced or regulated. Would love to hear as to how the watches of other members have been behaving in terms of time accuracy. If I was to have these regulated, how accurate could these get. Thanks for your feedback.
  9. BK modded my PT's Supreme sub (WM9 Version 1.5). He trimmed CGs, installed Clark's crystal, installed WM pearl, re-aligned DW and shortened the crown stem (it was too long originally & protruded out a little). The watch looks gorgeous, and is definitely a keeper. It was a pleasure to deal with BK. All my PMs were answered within max couple of hours, most within minutes actually. He looed at the watch and made suggestions on what should be done to make it look closer to gen. I will not go to anybody else for buying any watch model that he carries. I am now in a dilemma to whether have the sub serviced & superlumed or not. What do you guys say.
  10. My package arrived yesterday evening. It took 8 days from China to USA, which seems pretty ok. The scary part was that there was no update on tracking information on EMS or USPS site, after it left Shanghai on 12/9. I was getting apprehensive since I thought it could ot be in air for 7 days! I guess, it missed being scanned at multiple points in USA.
