My Euromariner lost the pearl. What would be the best solution? Should I get a pearl or replace the insert or what? Thanks! How hard is each solution to do myself?

you should replace it regardless.. ofrei.com .. (watch parts) they have both the vintage and newer pearl with insert about 35 usd.. for insert and pearl.. more accurate ..
