I saved these pictures to my "busted gens" folder...I would go to your AD and raise such a storm that it would be like an apocalypse inside the shopping mall if this happened to me.

You should do up a busted gens post. That would be interesting to see and make us feel proud of the quality of gens you can get.

As to raising an apocalypse...I'm pretty easy going as long as a I see progress. I like to be calm, reserved, and open to suggestion...unless I see things are not improving...but I like to give people the chance first. I used to have a saying (I've mellowed since) that if you're square with me, I'll bend over backwards to help you...but if I find out you're screwing me even in the slightest with bad intent, I'll make it my life's mission to bring you, your family and your friends down, and smile while I'm doing it.

I'm not so harsh anymore...

That's really a shame for IWC

Well.... The datewheel is indeed not centered properly but I have seen many Big Pilots/Portugieser 7 days and this Ingenieur. They look centered definitely. So I would not say that this is a specific issue with calibre 500x movement.
