Santos 100 King Versus Trusty

Does anybody know if there are differences between Andrew's CARTIER SANTOS 100 and King's CARTIER SANTOS 100.

hi there,

not to throw another point of comparison in there, but joshua just released an updated version of the santos 100 (with an updated case and clasp). you can see his version here; note that it is actually 42mm, not 38mm as listed on his site.

anyways, hope this helps.

i think for the most part these reps come from the same factory. some may still have old stock with the "SWISS MADE" under VI which IS CORRECT for DUMONT DIAL but not for SANTOS. has been updated "SWISS MADE" location... SICHUAN just posted in dealers area.

I am not sure, it's difficult to see, but are there waves on Johua's and Sichuan's dial? The gen one does not have any waves, it's just flat as shown on:

I just asked hktan to make a Santos 100 strap for me. Fortunately it's much less than $300. If people have more hints... then don't hesitate

Maybe I will buy one extra buckle... in case it breaks?

fyi, i just got josh's new santos 100, and the dial DOES have waves on it.

to be honest, i didn't even notice the waves before i ordered it...such is life collecting reps.

i guess now i'll just have to wait till we can source the accurate dial -- many thanks to halley for leading the charge on that front.

I just got Joshua's new Santos 100 today.. August 15 and the dial does not have waves on it.. it's dope, but I do have a faulty watchband, but I bet Joshua fixes it...

The improved version is just the nonETA version's dial with an ETA movement.

Hopefully we will all see the fruit of the Santos 100 dial project.

Andrews and King Cartier Santos 100 seems to me be the same...

Joshua Cartier Santos 100 seems has a more accurate dial and

better clasp, but I dislike the "Genuine Leather" printed in the

strap (another anal... )

In any manner last Cartier Santos 100 have a new dial variation

with "L" before Swiss and after Made.
