iheartwatches Posted December 6, 2008 Report Posted December 6, 2008 I know recently T had posted about the t 48 crowns and how the t 60 may not be correct to gen specs. I have been looking at building a 009 PVD and in all the gen pics I can find (not many) The crown seems to have more teeth when compared to the t 48 What are you guys using on yours? Here is a pic of a 009 I found. Tell me what you think http://robertmaron.com/images/D/PAM009PVD-02.jpg
Watchmeister Posted December 6, 2008 Report Posted December 6, 2008 You might try one of T's pvd t-60's. He is offering them very reasonably and I agree it would be an improvement. You could also use an earlier rep crown. That is what I used but it was for an 04:
rolli Posted December 6, 2008 Report Posted December 6, 2008 here is the 004 pvd http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=85274 rolli
iheartwatches Posted December 6, 2008 Author Report Posted December 6, 2008 T just messaged me and said that the t60 does not come in PVD?? I could have sworn I have seen them?? kruzer00 said: You might try one of T's pvd t-60's. He is offering them very reasonably and I agree it would be an improvement. Watchmeister Posted December 6, 2008 Report Posted December 6, 2008 Then I would either go with his 48 which still looks great or take a better standard early rep crown and have it PVD'ed at the same time you do the case.
iheartwatches Posted December 7, 2008 Author Report Posted December 7, 2008 I was planning on getting a PVD's case from DSN but I am wondering if the PVD will match if I get a t 60 and PVD it or even a PVD'd t48
