Changing battry on BR 03-94?

I just received my BR 03-94 rep a couple of days ago (search the board for my pictures of it!), but for some reason the quartz-movement did only work for a very brief amount of time and then stopped. The chrono seems still to work though, but the "actual" movement is not.

I talked to the dealer and he said that it could be that the battery is running out.

It could very well be that the battery is weak, but would the chrono still work albeit the actual movement is not, if this is the case?

I will take the watch to a watchmaker next week to switch the battery nontheless to see whether it works or not.

Since the B&R 03-94 is a more unusual design, do you know how to open the watch to change the battery?

I would assume that the watchmaker may not know this...

There is just one tiny screw on the back with the label "Do not unscrew" and also four larger screws on the front.

Is the watch opened from the front or back to switch the battery?
