BigNickD
Recently received a V3 DSSD (Swiss ETA) which is currently experiencing multiple problems: 1) Power Reserve of about 3 hours 2) Losing approximately 20 min/day What are the likely causes of this? Should I just send it back and hope for better luck? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
Cats
Don't have a clue what the causes are but just send it back to your dealer. If it's one of the RWG dealers he/she will come up with a solution. Carpe Diem Cats
Samurai
Seems like a problem with the movement. Either get a local rep friendly watchsmith to have a look @ it or send it back. Who did you buy this from?

Shundi
I agree- if it's from one of our trusted collectors they should take it back no problem
