apollo22
Just took delivery of my AP ROO Volcano today. I chose rubber as I wasn't keen on the leather strap option and already have a black Themes secs@9 with steel bracelet I am really happy with the purchase, the watch feels fantastic and the finishing is superb. Had been staring at it and smiling to myself all day. I am planning to get a strap from Oracle as well as a gator from StrapLuxe sometime down the road. Here are some photos of the watch together with my secs@9 black themes.

ecsm
Wow, great looking watch! My dad has a gen and it looks pretty spot on. The fact that the gen doesn't have lume makes the volcano even better! I've had an APROO @ 12 for a few months and it's been running ok. However, getting parts for repair without shipping back to the dealers is close to impossible.
reprep
What's the lume like on the Volcano?
apollo22
What's the lume like on the Volcano? There's no lume on this one, and I believe there's no lume on the gen as well. My photography skills (or the lack of it!) does no justice to the watch. It's actually much better looking than what you see in the photos. In short I am extremely happy with my purchase. 3d-doctor
your volcano and plans for straps are the same as mine i'll be ordering mine shortly the volcano is the one AP model i'd have justified to myself as a gen purchase until it was repped for myself there are too many AP tie ins (arnie shaq etc) and this is a relativly restrained model - working in the gulf states (where they are watch mad) a leather strap is not a practical option for daily wear can't (but i will have to) wait for mine
