webdox Posted January 8, 2009 Report Share Posted January 8, 2009 My wife and I will be celebrating our 25th soon and for a couple of years she has been hinting at a watch that she saw in my 2007 Watches International catalog from a company I had never heard of before, Meyers: http://www.meyers.fr/accueil.php I wondered if anyone has even owned one of these or knows of their quality/value? The name did not come up using the search here and I have been unable to find any dealers in the States or abroad for that matter. I am not expecting there to be a rep so I am looking for a gen. They are like little works of art. I would like to say money is no issue but then again these might run into the 6 figures, I just don't know. I didn't see one but I didn't go over it with a fine toothed comb... Anyways, I read that they're going to be sold exclusively at Paris Galleries in the UAE (Dubai) ... maybe try emailing/ calling one of those galleries? I have been looking at old ebay.fr auctions and it appears these come up from time to time for far less than the dealer in NY is asking.
