blue_sphere
So here I am with my new pam and I want to fit a T48 crown. I know that the stem adjustment has been done before. Can someone tell me what is involved. T said I need a stem adapter? The movement is an a7750 so the stem is 0.9mm. I will need a new 1.2 mm stem and what else to get her to fit? Please let me know guys! -Shawn
sssurfer
You need a 120/90 stem adapter. 120 male side, 90 female side. In EU Cousinsuk has them. In USA, I suppose Ofrei too.
blue_sphere
Any chance of a link there? I just went through 5 pages of stems and I am still confused Ofrei is preferred be that he is just a few hours from me even though bob is a total [censored]. offshore
http://www.ofrei.com/page754.html In his kit MSA99.021, the p/n is 56.037. There is also another kit a bit further down which has it. Don't think you will buy it as a single item, but can always ask. Probably worth having the kit anyway. As far as I can see, only difference in 0.9 and 1.2 stems for 7750 is diameter of threaded part, movement side is identical. So you just need new stem, cut to correct length, and off you go regards

I was not aware of that. Thanks! @blue_sphere: in this case, this is surely the way to go.
blue_sphere
So movement side of the A7750 and SWISS7750 is the same? Well that makes it WAY easier! Thanks guys!
RWG Technical
As already stated, the 7750 is an odd movement in that stems are available in both 0.90 and 1.20mm thread sizes. And yes, the ETA stems fit the Asian models perfectly, no need for any adapters. RG
