athan
Hi to all and Happy New Year I'm looking to find the size of the gen 44mm case crown bridge screws: Thread diameter in mm? Head diameter in mm? Overall length in mm? Does anyone know and would be so kind to share this bit of info? Cheers, Athan
Rocketeer
I believe the usual size for CG screws is M1.6 x 3mm L with a 2.1mm head. Unfortunately the DIN standard M1.6 machine screw has a 2.8mm head, so you either; adapt the easily available, inexpensive DIN screw, order the correct size made (most manufacturers look for a 50,000 min order qty), or pay the extra for the so called 'Spectacle Screws' that are available ready made in the correct size, as well as for Radiomir wire retainer screws. I've recently seen people on the 'bay charging
