My movement seems to stop? After a couple of shakes, it starts up again, when it stops it looks like the seconds hand just lightly shakes back and forth. No its not the power reserve because I was wearing it the whole day prior to this problem. Any suggestions or solutions?

Has anyone replaced this movement yet?

this is not a high tech movement.. try getting in touch with your dealer and see if you can source another movement..

it is a rather inexpensive asian mvmt.

Yes, i left it in the glove box of my car for the whole day yesterday while driving so I'm pretty sure it should be wound enough

sorry if i'm misinterpreting you, but driving around with it in your car is not winding the watch. have you wound your crown clockwise 20 or 30 times?

I think there is nothing wrong with your crown.

It's the crown tube that's the problem. The thread is too weak because the tube is very thin. Afther a while you can't screw it in anymore.

If have three here with this problem.....

Anyone else?

I seem to recall a thread on weak/thin BP crown tubes... if that's the case it might be cheaper to fix the crown/tube than replace the mov't....
