I wish to send some clothes by registered and signiture required mail to Bangkok, Thailand.

What is the best way so that I absolutely know it arrived and in a decent time frame?

i think registered is the only thing thats reliable to there, but, never checked out fed ex or ups, only usps

I use both priority and first class to send stuffs to my parents and friends. I am Thai.

Custom in Thailand is 10,000% suck and mean but I have never got problem so far.

In my case, I have never got any custom problem if the receiver has the same last name.

Declare the value low and remove all the price tag to prevent a random open box and tax.

Just declare them as clothes with $10 value and total value must be less than $20-22
