Silix Prime Faster Respone?

Hi

Ive been in contact with Jay and angel at silix prime but each email i sent takes about 3 days to get a reply. This is a very slow process.

does anyone know if they are ever online so you can chat instantly with them??. they have a chat messenger on their website but they seem to never be online!!!!!

anyone chatted to them before??

Best option for quicker response with hem is,,,,,,pick a new dealer.

They are well known to be slow reponding, but an ok dealer. I have little patience for them, so I moved on to better dealers.

They are good dealers.. I tend to get most of my stuff through them, so I can definitely recommend them. Ask them if they can go on chat and maybe you can get a time sorted out perhaps?

I always get my replies within 24hours... Maybe they're just busy, but as always, their service has been nothing short of excellent...
