Where to find screws for holding movement/case?

Anyone have any idea where I can find screws/pads used for holding movement to case? I think that almost all reps are using the same screws. Too many watches came with missing screws so far. Some even ended broken and inside movement..

Now I'm having too many loose movements hanging around...

I have a movt. holder. I'll even throw in the vj23 mystery with a missing bridge and some screws!
