Fidestro Posted February 4, 2009 Report Share Posted February 4, 2009 Hi all, I bought something on that big ass auction site and it took almost three weeks to arrive and was not what was described (different size, in bad shape, etc.). Should I go through the Paypal dispute process or should I go through my credit card dispute process? I don't know if that holds true or if they enforce it. For the thee hundred bucks that I would get back I would gladly sacrifice my Paypal account. If you need to go the dispute trail do so through your credit card, PP will jump through hoops for a cc company but you always stand a chance of them finding against you in their own dispute process (and it will be more drawn out too) Ken Edit: If you go through your CC just state "Goods not as described" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
