fat.tail.event
I have done my fair share of digging on the history of Panerai. One thing that I have not encountered, however, is an authoritative post, article, reference etc. that discusses the terminology specific to "Black Seal". I do not own any of the expensive Panerai books, so maybe I am missing it in there. Anyone have links, passages to paste, or anecdotes to share to enlighten the community? Thanks, Fat Tail
projectologist
The term "Black Seal" refers to the WWII Italian SpecOps divers who, when kitted out with their black rubber diving suits, looked like black seals.
