Take one Andrew 2005 1st Edition Noobmariner cases, 1 recent cheap $50 16810 red Sub to break up.

Pop in the case and daa laah - for less than $100 all in.

CG's ain't bad, mag font aint bad, dial sits well - hey pop the pearl - put through the coin box, coffee on the dial and thats pretty much a very quick half decent looking 1680 franken - all that would be needed is dome.

The red SUBMARINER font looks actually much nicer than on those MBW dials. Do you have a closeup photo of it?

SELs + no lugholes on a vintage look a bit weird though... but then again when it's a $100 franken can you really complain?

The other case I have ( came with 1680 ) has lugholes, a bit of chopping around would see this back in holed case

pics are not very good but dial print close ups. - ~Actually when looking at this with the eye, they do look more solid - the red is very red and dial clean - the lume on the markers is absolute rubbish, looks like someones just dabbed it on, still $50 reppy, what do we expect, could always patina it.
