EnTaroAdun Posted March 19, 2009 Report Share Posted March 19, 2009 Hi guys, I today received a letter from German customs in Frankfurt that thay have my parcel (my nice replaced Aquaracer :-( ) and that I can pick it up in a office of them. I should bring along the buying receipt. I am a little astonished right now, as they did NOT mention that the watch (they do not specify the content of the parcel) is a counterfeit and that it will be destroit, as the "normal" letters say. Has someone here experienced something similar before? Do you see any chance that I can just go there and tell them that a friend travelling in China sent me the parcel and that I can not provide a receipt? Will they open the package? You might phone them & use the story you mentioned (a friend sent the watch as a gift) or contact the seller & seek his advice. Be prepared to email the seller a scan of the letter.
