Eurotimez does also only have the yellow gold version in stock. What a pitty :-( I am really disapointed. Is there any reason why they changed to yellow gold instead of rose? What do you think is more classy?

Glad to see that I am not the only one who does seem to prefer the rose over the yellow :-) What dou you guys think in terms of a classic timepiece and fashion-wise: is rose also the better choice in this respect?

Hey guys, I wanted to pull the trigger on Homer's incredible Tourbillon in rose gold. However, I had to learn that it is no longer available (only in yellow gold and steel). Do you guys know another way to source the watch in the rose gold version? I am thinking about buying the yellow gold version but somehow I like rose gold on the watch more as it seems to me to look even more elegant. As the orginal manufacturer is Millionsmart, do you kow wheather one could directly from them? Thanks in advance, EnTaroAdun

Hi guys, I today received a letter from German customs in Frankfurt that thay have my parcel (my nice replaced Aquaracer :-( ) and that I can pick it up in a office of them. I should bring along the buying receipt. I am a little astonished right now, as they did NOT mention that the watch (they do not specify the content of the parcel) is a counterfeit and that it will be destroit, as the "normal" letters say. Has someone here experienced something similar before? Do you see any chance that I can just go there and tell them that a friend travelling in China sent me the parcel and that I can not provide a receipt? Will they open the package? Or is this too dangerous? The alternative is to reject it and then it will be returned. Thanks in advance for your support! EnTaro

Hey guys, I have a nice Noobmariner (Nympho, to be precise) which needs some service because the sound from the asian movement is so loud by now that I can basically not wear the watch anymore. Do you know a good watchsmith in Frankfurt who could help me out on that? I assume opening the case and putting some lube in would do the job. Thanks in advance, EnTaro

Thanks for your quick reply. I heard about the greasing option, however, the sound of the watch for ETAs is just completely silent without any grease. It is not only the rotor that annoys me, but also some kind of rewinding sound and the ticking is also much louder. How are these things with the movement you offer? Unfortunately, the DW of the Noob (Nympho to be more precise) I received was wrong (not crisp and way too fat numbers), such that I wanted to also correct for this issues with the movement swap. Thanks Joe, for pointing that out. I have the problem with my current Noob, that the sound of the rotor (or whatever parts in the watch) is just anoying like hell! One can clearly hear as the watch rewinds, etc. I consider the watch barly usable and this is a major draw-back compared to ETAs. Does the movement you offer has similar issues, or is it quiet like an ETA? How is the dw? Thanks and best, EnTaro

Hi guys, do there exist good versions (i.e. Noob) in an unbranded version, meaning without any sign of Rolex? What do you think about this one: The Bay I am not good enough to tell quality only from sight.... But I think it looks decent. I think it would be kind of funny if people think at first one is wearing a sub but on a second glance it is just an unbranded one Cheers!

Hi, Does someone know a website in Germany or Europe from where to source a gen ETA for a swap in a Submariner? I only know ofrei, but it's in the US. The datefont is off anyway in my noob and the loud sound of the cheap Asian 21 is only annoying. This is why I thougth to go for a swap dircetly. I think either the 2824-2 or 2836-2 should do the job, right? Thanks!

Whow, I just came back from my trusted local watch smith where I brought my new Aquaracer. It had problems with the day/date function and, unfortunately, I had to return it to Josh (thanks for this great service!) as my watch smith could not repair it :-(. However, when he handed my back the watch, he told me that he seriously doubts that the Aquaracer is NOT gen :-). He said he had never seen such a good quality rep. That made me smiling. Now I have to wait until Josh will return my still quite new baby ... I hate waiting ;-) Cheers!

Don't even think about it. That's an old ebay scamming trick - I guess the account was kidnapped. Did he want you to write to a different email address? They look for low profile accounts which the owners only use seldomly and than hack into it. If it sounds too good to be true, it most of the time is... Just my 2 cents...
