yodap Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 No, that's wrong, it's an inner gearing system, what allows you to rotate the inner bezel with the glass being fixed, it makes it more water resistant. You learn something new every day. The button seems a bit useless if you ask me. How many times do you have to push it to get it to spin all the way around? And I assume it only moves the bezel in one direction. I liked my idea of the button setting the date better. Either way on the rep it doesn't function. I think that would be grounds for an ass whipping. And a 7750 can be modified in a ton of different ways, so an extra button never necessarily does the same thing on two different watches.
