bruce79
I just received my Europelli baseball strap in the mail today and it is indeed a superb strap...high quality and very soft...and the service was very fast and friendly. The question I have though is are these straps supposed to be an orangish color. This may seem like a stupid question but the picture of the strap on the eruopelli website shows a natural tan color and the strap I received today is more orange than tan. Is this how they look prior to breaking them in? Any insight would be appreciated. thanks.
Estaban
It should be orange like a new baseball mit. It will have a nice tan patina with frequent use. Just use it
kasigi
People kept calling mine orange but after wearing it for a while some are now saying that it's more tan like. Wear it, love it.

4fun
This is definitely one of my favorite strap, especially after gaining the tan patina. The tanning process seems much faster on this baseball mitt leather than others. Just rub it using fingers, you can instantly see the difference. swdivad
I reckon it still has a ways to go and will get much darker the more I wear it.... It is a wonderful strap! Before: After:
Finepics
You have to remember that your PC monitor is unlikely to be calibrated so what you see on your screen is not always the same as the actual colour of the photo - something to bear in mind when looking at colours critically. True... Mine actually looks darker than in the photo... The flash has brightened it up considerably
bruce79
You're right, I've bought several straps and they all look different than I expected them to. Photos can be very deceiving/misleading when it comes to straps...sometimes
Linder
Some glove oil would darken it for sure Thinking about buying a PAM just so I can get one of these baseball straps..
