Mickey Padge
I have received my Breitling blacksteel back from The Zigmeister, and as usual his lume work looks fantastic! Aside from a couple of marks which I had to get removed from the dial, The Zigmeister did a great job, I am very happy. The watch glows really nice with the C1 lume, nice and flat too.... I am wearing the watch on a V1 rubber strap, as it is the correct size compared to the V2 strap and more flexible too... Pictures, click to expand! A sweet looking watch, but I am still not sure about the strap. I have looked for a black/red stitch strap, but had no luck. The HKTan strap is not my cup of tea, plus last time I tried to order something from him, I requested a refund after waiting three months or so Comments and observations welcome! jdkno
Looks great. How about this strap http://www.panatime.com/24wagelemain2.html its only $30.00 and you get 10% off with cupon code rwg. As for shipping, Stan has always shipped my orders out the day I order them. I have this exact strap in 22mm on a beater quartz watch and it is pretty nice. A little stiff at first but after a week or so its good to go.
Watchmeister
Looking very good. Wear that one well.
DuDro
Looks good... I'm assuming that The Zigmeister removes the factory lume dots and applies new ones? Or does he apply the new lume over the existing dots? As for straps, I've recently mounted mine on a Maractec Zulu with "low light" hardware. I've also been considering one of there "Elite Series Straps". Only $20! I'll post some shots of my BlackSteel on the Zulu later when I get home. Thanks for the link, but I have had a chat with Stan, and all the 22mm style straps are out of stock Cheers!

Yep, The Zigmeister (or Watchdog?) removes the old lume upon request, I asked that he keep them as flat as possible too. Nice looking strap for a great price, I wonder if it could use the rep buckle? That is my main concern. I look forward to seeing some pictures from you soon, thanks!
DuDro
Anyone have a micormeter / caliper? What is the width of the inside of the buckle?
Mickey Padge
Anyone have a micormeter / caliper? What is the width of the inside of the buckle? I think it is just under 20mm, 19mm would be best

Vac. just lumes over the existing dots which kind of makes it pointless....
