docdoc Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 I was reluming my 177H. everything was just going fine. But when I put the crown back in place, i heard a pop! and a tiny piece shows up from under the dial. The thing is that I don't really know the order to replace the whole thing. I'll tried several configurations but none of them was good. So if nyone around here might have a picture of the frontside movement (under the dial) of a Asian Unitas 6497 like the one from this watch, it will save my life (almost ) here is a pic to see the mess I am in and what area I am talking about. I think there is 3 pieces that need to be put in a certain order but all the mystery and the fun of it is which order ???
azerbyjam Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 This should help. http://www.eta.ch/swisslab/6497/6947.html
mikerblade Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 5 min fix, You just need to rebuild your keyless works, only thing to watch is when you remove the top plate that the yoke spring doesn't go awol. Azerbyjam's link is great for your needs
fishgodeep Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 Hi ...it's the setting lever that has flew off - this is a relatively simple fix without having to strip down the whole keyless works. The ETA.ch/swisslab link is really useful guide If the screw is stripped however you'll need a replacement Good luck FGD
ricardo Posted April 28, 2009 Report Posted April 28, 2009 Does anybody have a spring from the keyless works then i can build my pam again
